About the course teachers and leaders.
We have a line up of first class teachers that will be offer exceptional quality of tuition and
leadership throughout the week.
They include:
Katharine Woolley
Sisters Katharine and Hannah will be leading
our musical theatre workshop. They both work professionally in West End theatre shows.
Katharine

Katharine is now the Assistant Musical Director
for 'Jersey Boys', playing at the Prince Edward Theatre, London
She studied the Flute and Piano at The
Guildhall School of Music and Drama and The Royal Academy of Music.
She has also set up Stage by Stage
Theatre Arts, a performing Arts school for young people in South West London, and has children from this
school currently performing in the West End production of Oliver and The Sound of Music (UK
tour).
Katharine's other theatre experience includes
'Avenue Q' (Wyndhams Theatre, London) and has played on 'Beauty and the Beast' (UK Tour) and 'CATS' (Stadium tour).
She works as a rehearsal pianist and vocal coach for many West End performers and teaches for the degree course at
Guildford School of Acting.
Oliver
Buxton
Olly is a professional bassoonist and bass guitarist. A graduate of the Royal College of
Music he has played extensively in professional shows such as Carousel, We Will Rock You, Hair and
more.
He has guested with varioius orchestras such as
the Halle, Philharmonia, Royal Liverpool and NYO.
He also has educational coaching
experience and has done much work with the Philharmonia Orchestra's 'Elastic Band'.
Rob Wallace

Rob Wallace is a freelance trumpeter from
London. As a youngster he studied at the junior department of the Royal College of Music and Chetham's School of
Music and from 1999-2003 was a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, spending his last two years
as principal trumpet.
As a freelancer, Rob has performed with many
eminent orchestras such as the London Philharmonic Orchestra, English Sinfonia, West Kazakhstan Philharmonic
Orchestra and the National Chamber Orchestra of Wales and regularly works as a workshop and instrumental tutor for
the London Symphony Orchestra's 'Discovery' education and outreach department.

Rob keeps in shape for his playing by regularly
challenging himself to gruelling events such as the "Ironman" Triathlon.
Last year he very generously raised money for
the Nic Branston Foundation award through this event, with a 1.2 mile open water swim, a 56 mile bike course and a
13.1 mile run, taking nearly seven and a half hours to complete.
